  • ADHD Mentoring and Coaching

  • Website Maintenance

3. Service Terms


3.1 Web Design and Development

  • Initial consultation required before project commencement
  • 50% deposit required to begin work
  • Final payment due before website launch
  • Includes two rounds of revisions unless otherwise specified
  • Additional revisions charged at hourly rate
  • Client must provide content within agreed timeframe
  • Hosting and domain services not included unless specified

3.2 Graphic Design

  • Project scope must be defined before work begins
  • Payment terms as specified in individual project quotes
  • Includes specified number of revision rounds
  • Rush fees apply for expedited services
  • File delivery in specified formats only
  • Usage rights transferred upon final payment

3.3 ADHD Mentoring

  • Sessions must be scheduled in advance
  • 24-hour cancellation policy
  • No refunds for missed sessions
  • Confidentiality as specified in Privacy Policy
  • Emergency support available as defined in service package
  • Progress tracking provided as specified

3.4 Maintenance Services

  • Monthly payments due in advance
  • Service scope as defined in maintenance package
  • Response times as specified in service level agreement
  • Excess hours billed at standard rate
  • Minimum commitment period may apply

4. Payment Terms

  • All prices in USD unless otherwise specified
  • Payment methods: Credit, ACH, Zelle, CashApp, PayPal, & Venmo
  • Late payments subject to 1.5% monthly interest
  • No Checks

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Website Development

  • Client owns final website design upon full payment

Flutter Focus retains rights to:

  • Custom code and development frameworks
  • Design elements created for multiple use
  • Portfolio display rights

5.2 Graphic Design

  • Ownership transfers upon final payment

Flutter Focus retains:

  • Portfolio display rights
  • Rights to unused concepts
  • Template and framework rights

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate project requirements
  • Respond to queries in timely manner
  • Provide content and feedback within agreed timeframes
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
  • Comply with acceptable use policies
  • Maintain backups of provided content

7. Service Delivery and Deadlines

Project timelines begin upon receipt of:

  • Signed agreement
  • Initial payment
  • Required client materials
  • Delays caused by client may affect final delivery
  • Force majeure applies to unavoidable delays

8. Cancellation and Refunds

8.1 Web and Design Projects

  • Cancellation before work begins: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
  • Cancellation after work begins: Prorated based on completion
  • No refunds after project approval

8.2 Mentoring Services

  • 24-hour cancellation notice required
  • Late cancellations charged at full rate
  • Package refunds prorated minus administrative fee

8.3 Maintenance Services

  • 30-day written notice required for cancellation
  • Prepaid services refunded on prorated basis
  • Setup fees non-refundable

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Service provided "as is"
  • No guarantee of specific results
  • Maximum liability limited to service fees paid

Not liable for:

  • Third-party service failures
  • Content loss
  • Business interruption
  • Consequential damages

10. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to protect confidential information
  • Includes business practices and client data
  • Survivable after service completion
  • Exceptions for legal requirements

11. Communication

  • Primary communication via email
  • Emergency contact methods specified in service agreement
  • Response times per service level agreement
  • Status updates as specified in project plan

12. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify service offerings
  • Adjust pricing
  • Update these terms
  • Change delivery methods
  • Notice will be provided for material changes

13. Termination

We may terminate services for:

  • Policy violations
  • Non-payment
  • Abusive behavior
  • Illegal activities
  • False information

14. Dispute Resolution

  • Good faith negotiation required
  • Mediation before litigation

  • Prevailing party entitled to fees

15. Force Majeure

Neither party liable for delays due to:

  • Pandemics

16. Severability

  • Invalid terms replaced with valid similar terms
